FRZ Multi MA Cross Indicator for MT4 & MT5

FRZ Multi MA Cross Arrows Indicator (Multi Moving Average Cross Indicator) allows you to have three moving average periods and it will then show you and alert you at which point the two faster MAs are both above or below the slowest MA.

How to use: you can simply use it to identify the trend reversals of the market and suitable entry points based on the arrow signals. An up arrow appears when the fast or medium MA crosses above the slow MA with both of them above it; a down arrow appears for the opposite. Arrows are shown on closed candles and are never redrawn.

Settings

Installation: in MetaTrader, open File > Open Data Folder, copy the .ex4 file into MQL4/Indicators (MT4) or the .ex5 file into MQL5/Indicators (MT5), restart MetaTrader, then drag the indicator from Navigator > Indicators onto your chart. The settings below appear on the indicator’s Inputs tab, numbered the same way.

MA Settings

1. Fast MA Period (default: 5) – period of the fastest moving average.
2. Fast MA Method (default: Exponential) – Simple, Exponential, Smoothed or Linear Weighted.
3. Medium MA Period (default: 20) – period of the middle moving average.
4. Medium MA Method (default: Exponential).
5. Slow MA Period (default: 34) – period of the slowest moving average, used as the trend reference.
6. Slow MA Method (default: Exponential).
7. MA Price (default: Close price) – the price all three averages are calculated on.

Alert Settings

8. Alert Notification (default: true) – shows a MetaTrader alert popup with the details, pair and timeframe.
9. Sound Notification (default: true) – plays a sound with the alert.
10. Email Notification (default: false) – sends the alert by email. Set up your email account first under Tools > Options > Email.
11. Phone Notification (default: false) – sends a push notification to the MetaTrader mobile app. Enter your MetaQuotes ID under Tools > Options > Notifications first.

Each new arrow triggers its notifications once, when its candle closes.

Display Settings

12. Buy Arrow Color (default: deep sky blue) – colour of the up arrows.
13. Sell Arrow Color (default: deep pink) – colour of the down arrows.
14. Arrow Size (default: 1) – arrow thickness, from 1 to 5.
15. Max History Bars (default: 5000) – how many candles are checked when the indicator loads. Set 0 for the full history.
