General Support Policy

  • All of our paid products come with user manuals, which are available on the knowledgebase.
  • You can get free remote desktop support (or providing set files, as the case may be) for the initial installation of our paid products via Anydesk (You need to have installed Anydesk). Remote desktop support should be requested within 30 days of the purchase.
  • General online text chat along with email ticket support is available thereafter for paid product purchases.
  • We do not offer personalized support for free products; you may use our forum to post your questions.
  • Online support is limited to text chat (no voice support, but you may send us voice messages).

Support on Indicator Automater Products

  • We provide remote desktop support or provide set files based on your indicator for your first automation after purchase. Contact us via online chat within 30 days of the purchase to get this support.
  • General online chat along with email ticket support is available thereafter. You may also use our forum to post your questions.
  • Please note, we can not provide set files or provide instructions on your custom indicators other than general advice after the initial automation as it is not practical for us to provide such level of support for each and every custom indicator you would use throughout an indefinite period (you may of course hire an expert as given below in such case).

  • If you need remote desktop support (or providing custom set files) beyond the above scope of support, you can always hire one of our experts at an additional fee.
