General Support Policy
- All of our paid products come with user manuals which are available on the knowledgebase. These manuals may include video tutorials as well. (We encourage our customers to read and understand user manual before using the product as our software comes with no warranties and we are not responsible for any losses you may incur.)
- You can get free remote desktop support (or providing set files as the case may be) for the initial installation of our paid products via Anydesk (You need have installed Anydesk). Remote desktop support should be requested within 14 days of the purchase.
- General online text chat via Telegram or WhatsApp along with email ticket support is available thereafter for paid product purchases.
- We do not offer personalized support for free products however you may contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp for general advice.
- Online support is limited to text chat (no voice support unfortunately but you may send voice massages).
Support on Indicator Automater Products
- We provide remote desktop support or providing set files based on your indicator for your first automation. Contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp within 14 days of the purchase to get this support.
- General online text chat via Telegram or WhatsApp along with email ticket support is available thereafter. Please note we can not provide set files or provide detailed instructions on your indicators other than general advice as there can be thousands of different indicators.
