We provide free personalized support (via remote desktop or otherwise) for the first installation/automation of our products within 14 days of purchase. General live chat and support ticket support is available thereafter. We do not provide free personalized support for free products. However, if you need personalized support beyond the above scope on any installation/automation, we can provide the same at an additional fee as given above.
Please note the terms & conditions on this service:
- A single session can be up to 20 minutes only.
- We do not offer refunds on this payment as this payment is for time and effort of our staff.
- In the case of Indicator Automater, we can provide support for a maximum of 2 indicators per session. There is no guarantee that your indicators will work with the Automater or not. Our charge is only for for time and effort of our staff.
- The remote desktop will be accessed using third party remote support software, Teamviewer, Anydesk or Ammyy Admin. Please make sure you have installed one of them.
- We provide text chat support only (no voice support) via Telegram or WhatsApp.
